The Crisis

In 2021, while recovering from a cardiac arrest at age 37, the Texas Winter Storm hit. I watched my home flood and my stability vanish, only to be met by a system of "9-month delays" and paperwork while my life was in ruins.

The Realization

It took seven years to navigate the shift to a digital, AI-driven world. I realized that during a crisis, "later" is too late.

The Solution

As a former HR Director, I saw that 75% of qualified candidates were being ghosted by algorithms. I founded LeadWise so no one else has to fight those same battles alone.
